If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Items may be returned within 20 days of date of purchase and be in original condition. Items returned after 20 days of purchase will not be accepted for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is the result of our error. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

To make an exchange purchase the item(s) you would like and return the one(s) you have now, to the address above, within 20 days from time of purchase (please include your packing slip or order number). Check/money orders are not accepted.
Checkout Apparel is not responsible for Customs Fees presented to International customers. If order is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of the order minus shipping costs.
We are not responsible for orders that come back due to the incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at time of order. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address the customer will be responsible for postage costs. If the customer wants to have the order re-shipped it will require another shipping charge.
